first off, balanced stance at 15 sec recharge would be imba esp for monks. at 7 spec for tactics, it would be almost impossible to get a kd against them. this would defeat the purpose of using hammers.
secondly, endure pain would then have no end, meaning a warrior would have +200 and more health all the time. we'll be having 700+ hp warriors running all over the place, its like a buff with no drawbacks. therefore making it imbalanced, imo.
